CENTRIFUGAL AIR COMPRESSOR
Energy Saving for Compressor
Constant pressure + Load/Unload control ,
IGV (Inlet Guide Vane)
IGV CONTROL
When IGV (Inlet Guide Vane) is used, air supply can be more efficiently adjusted with the IGV than butterfly valve, in accordance with air consumption.
* IGV (Inlet Guide Vane) is available on 140kW or higher models.

Air Coolers
MAINTENANCE
Maintenance is absolutely necessary for optimal compressor performance. The simply-structured IHI turbo compressor can reduce your maintenance costs.
BASE LOADING
Install the turbo compressor for base loading operations.
* Base loading: minimum air consumption.

GROUP CONTROL
Efficient operation is supported by expanding the control range of partial-load operation on the IHI control panel.
STEAM TURBINE and MOTOR DRIVE

When extra vapor remains or the vapor pressure reduction valve is used, the compressor can be operated with the steam turbine, and steam energy can be extracted.
When vapor supply is not constant, concurrent use of the motor and the steam turbine results in stable operation.
