1.Constant pressure + Load/Unload control
This is a dual-control system, combining the advantages of "constant pressure control" and "load/unload control". It efficiently compresses air at every operation point for energy-saving operation.

IGV (Inlet Guide Vane)
IGV (Inlet Guide Vane) control (constant-pressure control)
IGV keeps the discharge pressure constant and adjusts the compressor's flow rate by monitoring the line discharge pressure.
Load/Unload control
When air consumption decreases in the factory, operation is automatically switched to unload control, air supply of the compressor is stopped, and power consumption is minimized.
2.Constant pressure and anti-surge control
This is a control system that assures stable operation at a constant discharge pressure over the range of air usage from 0 to 100%. This control consists of IGV control and blow off control.

It uses IGV to adjust the compressor's flow rate in accordance with the fluctuation of air consumption in the factory. When air consumption drops below the range IGV can control, it uses the blowoff control valve to maintain the discharge air pressure at a constant.
MAIN MOTOR OVERLOAD PROTECTION
Each control system has overload prevention measures to ensure that the current value does not exceed the setting value (For constant pressure + load/unload control and constant pressure + anti-surge control, the IGV automatic block feature is used. For load/unload control, CIC (current value) control is used).
