Abrasive wear prevention kit

Abrasive wear of the cylinder liner is mostly caused by particles in fuel oil, and various factors affect the risk;
their amount, size, hardness, etc..
The present method of risk evaluation is focused on chemical component (Si, Al) analysis, but it is not
effective enough to evaluate the risk of abrasive wear for the reason above.

	Example:
	Heavy abrasive wear on cylinder liner surface.

With Portable TF-Detector, this kit simulates sliding behavior in FO, and evaluates the risk of abrasive wear
by worn Fe powder density. This method also saves testing time.
