Developing the eco-ship in global scale, the low-speed X-generation series evolved from RT-flex engines are considered their applications and nowadays the results of order increase steadily.
W-X62 and W-X72 engines has already been adapted to Afra max tanker or Cape size bulk carrier, moreover they are extended their output range in order to meet the market demands, which means availability of the lower revolutions and output range. New output ranges are as follows.

Since the new generation engines, W-X62 and W-X72, are installed FAST valve (Fuel Actuated Sacless Technology), the fuel consumption is more reduced. And we aim at developing dual fuel engines by upgrading fuel injection and engine control system to Wärtsilä UNIC system.
