An imitation of one of IHI's products has been found and disclosed to the relevant authority in China. We will continue to expose imitations which infringe our intellectual property rights.

In China, an imitation (photo 2) closely resembling IHI's genuine turbocharger (photo 1) was found and disclosed to the State Administration for Industry and Commerce (AIC).
Consequently, AIC confiscated over 800 imitations and the concerned persons were subjected to administrative measures.
