Daily Living Machines

Ozone air cleaner “eZ-2000”
This unit has two functions: A function to clean the air taken into the machine with ozone that has little affect on the environment and human body and with a multiple filtering system, and an ozone fumigation function to disinfect and deodorize the air in a closed area.
Slipper disinfection dispenser

Urban Developments
The IHI Group is expanding its leasing and sales operations with a focus on the Tokyo area in an effort to bring out its full real estate potential in accordance with the CRE (Corporate Real Estate) strategy.
Especially, Toyosu, formerly a shipbuilding yard area, is one of the largest development areas in Tokyo Metropolis. By building office buildings for rent and large condominiums that form the core of the development, IHI is leading the redevelopment business of Toyosu, which many landowners and business firms take part in. Furthermore, to increase the value of the whole area, town development is actively addressed in form of town management, such as staging of events and area cleaning activities, participated by the land owners.
Rental office building “TOYOSU FRONT”
“TOYOSU FRONT” (15 stories above ground and 2 below, Architectural area 106,200 m²) is an office building for rent completed in the redeveloped area of Toyosu in 2010. It has floor space of over 5,000 m² per floor, which is one of the largest in Japan, is user-friendly in terms of indoor comfort and energy saving as well as being highly environmentally friendly and safe, e.g. by adopting an “vibration-damping wall” and so on. It is directly connected to the Toyosu subway station via an underground concourse and access is comfortable.
Rental office building “Toyosu Center Building” and “Toyosu Center Building Annex”
“Toyosu Center Building (photo left, building trust beneficiary right possession)” (completed in 1992, architectural area 105,400m²) and “Annex (photo right)” (completed in 2006, architectural area 99,600m²) are symbolic “twin towers” located just above the Toyosu subway station, which is a gateway to the redeveloped area of Toyosu.
