The IHI Group is expanding its leasing and sales operations with a focus on the Tokyo area in an effort to bring out its full real estate potential in accordance with the CRE (Corporate Real Estate) strategy. Especially Toyosu, formerly a shipbuilding yard area, is one of the largest development areas in Tokyo Metropolis. By building office buildings for rent and large condominiums that form the core of the development, IHI is leading the redevelopment business of Toyosu, which many landowners and business firms take part in.
