Business Scheme Based On The Act on Promotion of Women's Participation and Advancement in the Workplace

To provide the working environment for female employees and adopt female technicians, we set the following plan.

Period of the plan

  From April 1, 2016 to March 31, 2019

The problem of our company

  Lack of female applicants, especially in technicians

The achievement goal

  Increase the adoption of female technicians from 0 to 2 per a year.

Steps

April 2017

  1. Analysis the reason for the lack of female applicants
    Provide the solution such as improvement of labor environment and education system
  2. Set up the recruitment brochures and internet site for female students.

April 2018

  1. Hold the recruitment meeting for female students
