Introduction of Business Activities

INC is the engineering company.  Approximately 70% of employees have engineering skills especially in fields of the noise and vibration attenuation and engine test facility engineering.   

• INC participate, with a positive attitude, various society activities related to engineering and quality to improve engineering skill, to exchange advanced technology and to release technical papers.  Among them are participations for the Japan Society of Mechanical Engineers, the Gas Turbine Society of Japan, the Institute of Noise Control Engineering/Japan, the Acoustical Society of Japan, the Japan Aeronautical Engineer's Association, and the Japan Environmental Management Association for Industry, the Japanese Society for Quality Control, other International Exhibitions and Conferences.
• Engineers qualified by the governmental authorities and the third party associations coordinate and handle the work.  Among them, 1st-class architects and building engineers, 1st-class construction management engineers, environmental measurers and pollution control managers are included.
• Based on engineering foundations accumulated in past experiences, INC has been taking actions to develop and to research new technologies, and has expanded business activities mainly in following fields.

1. Consulting -Noise/Vibration
   Activities include survey and diagnostic on infra-sound, noise and vibration sources, settlement on their countermeasures, environmental impact assessment for new and extension plants, executions on simulation, noise contour map analysis, research and development.
   
   
2. Acoustic and Filtration Engineering & Equipment Supply
   This includes engineering and equipment supply for infra-sound and noise attenuation silencers, soundproof enclosures, sound barrier walls, noise attenuation treatment for use in gas turbine, boiler, ventilation fan, marine propulsion and wind tunnel applications, and inlet air filtration system for gas turbines.  In addition, ANC (Active Noise Control) system is available.  This is new product with advanced technology which is cancellation technique to quiet the offensive noise by applying opposite polarity noise.
   
   
3. Vibration Attenuation Engineering & Equipment Supply
   This includes engineering and supply of anti-vibration supports/mounts for use in various machineries and piping and of structure-borne-noise attenuation materials for car parking tower, multifamily housing, railway and road.  In addition, engineering and supply for camera platform and antenna stabilizing stand to be mounted on moving vehicles are included in our supply scope.
   
   
4. Aircraft and Engine Test Facility Engineering and Equipment Supply
   This includes engineering and supply for test cell, test bench/base, silencing equipment, engine operation control system, monitoring system, data acquisition system and engine performance evaluation system.
   
   
5. Test Cell Facilities for Research and Development
   This includes engineering and supply of anechoic chamber, spin testing, window tunnel and experimental test stand for special applications including space environmental utilization and supersonic aero engine development.
   
   
6. Environmental Preservation and Diagnostic
   This includes engineering and supply of laser lidar (Light Detection and Ranging) mainly used to measure particulate matters suspended in atmospheric environment and displacement ventilation system served to improve working space atmosphere.
