• INC offers high- quality product and service which bring satisfactions to all customers, per the International Quality Management System Standard ISO9001.
  
  
• INC also has the environmental management system certification per ISO14001. Our objective is to advance towards the company, which always pays attentions on contribution of environmental improvements.
  

1. According to the international quality management system standard ISO9001:2000 (JIS Q 9001:2000), we clarify the function for individual organization, to settle, to perform and to maintain the system through which reliable and speedy quality assurance and customer satisfactions can be obtained. In addition, effectiveness for this system is continuously improved.
   
   
2. We supply the product and technology which bring satisfactions to all customers by confirming and understanding customers' needs, expectation and Statutory & Regulatory requirements.
   
   
3. Top management settles the quality target at the beginning of every fiscal year to achieve the quality policy. All in-house departments break the quality target settled by top management into action items and act toward an achievement of action items. Top management periodically reviews individual execution performance and reexamine the quality target on a necessity basis.
   
   
4. This quality policy issued is distributed to all in-house organization to have an understanding.
   
   
5. The quality target settled is reviewed and confirmed whether its suitability is maintained continuously. It is reexamined if its suitability is not kept.

According to the international environmental management system standard ISO14001:2004 (JIS Q 14001:2004), our objective is to clarify the responsibility and the execution organization, to settle, to perform and to maintain the system through which reliable and speedy actions for the environmental impact reduction can be obtained.
   
   
2. The other objective is to act complying with the governmental regulations and agreements with associated business organizations, related to the environmental conservation.
   
   
3. By reflecting the concern on the environment for the design and by expanding and developing the sound and vibration attenuation equipment and the product with concern on the environment, the promotion to prevent the environmental pollution is carried out with a positive attitude. In addition, the activity related to the sound and vibration attenuation consulting is reinforced.
   
   
4. The company's business activity includes the promotion for standardizing the business scheme and by executing the business per its standardized business rule. Among them are to save energy and resource, to reduce / reuse / recycle the industrial waste and to minimize the adoption of the toxic chemical substance.
   
   
5. By taking the manner specified in the company corporate environmental manual, all members working in office and construction sites are required to understand this environmental policy and to achieve the environmental purpose and target settled.
