Aircraft Ground Operational Test Facility

After introduction of maintenance and adjustment activities especially for aero engines mounted on large passenger aircrafts at airport, engine ground operation before taking off is carried out to confirm that all engine systems are in normal condition.  Test facility for this purpose typically requires employing large sound barrier walls to reduce engine noise level to that which meets the environmental noise policy.  In parallel with introduction of acoustic measures, aerodynamic performance for engine inlet air and exhaust gas is evaluated.  Optimization on acoustic and aerodynamic performance is one of key issues for aircraft ground operational test facility, and we can offer efficient and reliable facilities based on total engineering capability and many experiences in this field.
