Aero Engine Test Facility

We are able to design, fabricate and supply on-ground aero engine test facilities and associated systems for use in engine development phase and after maintenance activities.  Our objective is to move toward execution of high accuracy production by which aircraft engine safety is maintained.

Aero Engine Test Facility

Aero engine test cells supplied by us include wide range of applications from large capacity turbo-fan engines to small horsepower gas turbines, and are used to confirm and to verify engine single basis performance and dynamic characteristics.  Test facility employs noise silencing equipment in engine inlet air and exhaust gas passages to minimize the environmental impact related to noise emission.

Aircraft sound-treated Hanger

This test cell is capable of performing the engine operational checks and confirmations on engine dynamic characteristics without removing the engine from the aircraft.  Aircraft with engines is placed in test hanger (hush house) with sound attenuating treatment, and is tested.
