Integrated Control System

About Integrated Control Systems

The integrated control system is a control system to allow to realize energy savings of the entire energy plant system with coordination and optimization of the operation between multiple CHP systems (CGS) and other customer systems.

Advantages of Integrated Control System

With conventional systems...
・Only "Fixed operation point" mode and "Load-fluctuation-following" mode were available for the CHP (COGEN) system operation mode.
・Alternatively, the power plant system was operated manually at the operation point decided by power plant operator.

With this method, it was was extremely difficult to realize cost-optimized operation, while avoiding reverse power and electricity demand-over and maximizing the power plant total efficiency and operatin performance of the CHP(COGEN) system.
With implementation of integrated control system...
・Integrated Control System calculate the optimal operation point in real-time to correspeond to the power demand and steam demand of the customer facility change as time passes, and control CHP (COGEN) system automatically.
・Restriction function of recieved power and restriction & control function of contract demand allow to avoid reverse power and electricity demand-over.

The system enables to maximize the energy saving effect of the CHP (COGEN) system.
