Original Control System

CSI is IHI's original gas turbine control system using the experiences as a jet engine manufacturer.
This system can provide high performance, reliability and operability to its user.

History of CSI series

More than 80 sets of CSI series control system have been delivered to the Power Generation Plants as of January 2006 since first delivery in 1988.
CSI series control system is applicable for GE LM gas turbines, Rolls-Royce 501K gas turbines, and IHI IM270 dry low emission gas turbine.

Gas Turbine Control Unit (GCU)

Gas Turbine Control Unit (GCU)

The GCU functions on a standard (VME) bus (IEEE1014) structure with 20 module slots, which provide sufficient I/O capacity.
Dual redundant GCU accomplishes bump-less changeover from master to slave by Active Channel Selector (ACS) in the event of master GCU failure.

Operator's & Engineer's Station (OES)

Operator's & Engineer's Station (OES)

OES of CSI provides powerful monitoring, analysis and engineering environment.

1. Data Monitoring & Analysis
CSI can serve on the display, such as Realtime Trend (RT), Start/Stop Trend (SST), Historical Trend (HT) for analysis with 10msec resolution.
All trend data can be easily converted to CSV format on OES for spread sheet analysis.

2. Engineering
CSI has IHI original logic editor (LogiCAD) and user can make & manage the logic like CAD.

Remote I/O System

Remote I/O System

An optical remote I/O system is available for long distance field I/O interfacing with noise-free and minimum cable amount signal transmission.
