S-1 TYPE

(Stationary Single Drum Boiler)

The S-1 type boiler is IHI'sown designed, single drum,topsupported, non-reheat and radiant type natural circulation boiler, which has the nose section in the furnace to improve the SN type boiler. This type is considered to equip the radiant superheater over the nose section for higher steam temprature. This type is suitable for coal firing as well as oil and/or gas firing, has many experiences which are all successful services.
