Three-phase separation of Oil, Water and Solid matter in one step.

The TP series is a screw decanter centrifuge with a special specification. It enables three-phase separation of Oil, Water and Solid matter based on previous two-phase separation using the difference in specific gravity between solid and liquid.

Three-phase separation by unique structure

Separation of light and heavy liquid has been made possible by adopting the special structure of a liquid outlet dam. We also have various options available, and have good advancements for palm oil manufacturers with our high-G and anti-wear specification machines.

Principle

Using two different size dams for liquid outlets, light liquid and heavy liquid separated using the centrifugal effect can be discharged separately.
