I'm mainly in charge of managing global projects from engineering point of view. Our IHI turbochargers have been applied for EU, US as well as Asian OEMs for many years. My mission is to deliver our very proud, state-of-the-art technological turbochargers to the customers around the world who need clean and high-efficiency ICEs and to satisfy them more than they expect. To realize that, I'm working on management and engineering support through deep communication with the customers, suppliers and our engineers and other colleagues in each production plants in the world.

I'd like to say "everything"!! However, if I had to choose one, I would go the fact that we produce turbochargers which carry on a lot of enthusiasm generated everyday by our colleagues in EU, US and Asia as well all over the world. The bland logo "IHI" enbossed on the casted compressor housing surface consists of such enthsiasm that we want to produce good products, that comes from the workers who have different races, culture and philosophy behind.
