Establishment of IHI Group Human Rights Policy -Promoting Activities to Fulfill Corporate Responsibility of Respecting All Human Rights-
The IHI Group has established the “IHI Group Human Rights Policy” based on our management philosophies of “Contribute to the development of society through technology” and “Human resources are our single most valuable asset” and the principle of respect for human rights stated in "Basic Code of Conduct for the IHI Group".
We also revise the "IHI Group Procurement Policy" which is already announced, and promote CSR procurement to fulfill our corporate social responsibility in cooperation with our business partners while considering human rights, labor practices, health and safety, the environment and other factors.
The IHI Group will further promote human rights awareness activities from a group and global perspective, and will fulfill our responsibility to respect the human rights by fostering a respectful corporate culture and promoting human rights throughout our business activities.
