IHI Group uses Google Analytics, which is an analysis tool provided by Google Inc., on its website in order to analyze usage of the website. 6. Accessing Your Personal Information, Choices, Data Retention

  • You may update, amend or delete your personal information by contacting us here. You will be required to present your identity verification documents to IHI Group as a proof of your identity when you make any request.
  • You may choose not to receive emails from us by “unsubscribing” using the instructions in any email you receive from us. This will not stop us from sending emails about your account or your transactions with us.
  • You can choose to delete or block cookies by setting your browser to either reject all cookies or to allow cookies only from selected sites. If you block cookies performance of our website may be impaired and certain features may not function at all.
  • We will store your personal information, in a form which permits us to identify you, for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it is processed. We may retain and use your personal information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements and rights, or if it is not technically reasonably feasible to remove it.

7. Notice to International Visitors

  • Our website is maintained on servers located in Japan, and personal information submitted is stored on our servers in Japan and may be transferred to locations outside of Japan. If you are visiting our website from outside Japan, please be advised that your information may be transferred to Japan or other locations where privacy laws may not be as protective as those in your state, province, or country.

  • Our website is not intended for use by anyone under 18 years of age.
