On 8th September 2016, HDB's Mechanized Parking system pilot project received recognition on HDB Awards 2016. Honorable Mr Lawrence Wong, Minister of National Development and Second Minister for Finance presented the Award on the prestigious event that took place at Shangri La Hotel Singapore. Sato Kogyo (S) Pte Ltd as the main contractor received Certificate of Merit for the HDB's Mechanized Parking system pilot project which IHI is responsible to supply and support the first stand-alone type Tower Parking system in Singapore. IHI's technical capabilities as the leading company of Mechanical Parking system was once again recognized in the global platform. We are committed to promote effective use of limited land and space via Mechanical Parking system in ASEAN for future generation to come.

Delivery of IHI Tower Parking System (แบบมีพาเลท)
IHI Asia Pacific (Thailand) completed IHI Tower Parking System with robust Traffic Management System. The parking system is to serve condominium, located in the heart of Bangkok.
With space to accommodate worth 112 sedans, integrated traffic control system will allow efficient entry and exit of the cars, lessening the stressful waiting time which is inevitably associated with automated parking system.
IHI hope to introduce more of such system to Thai society, to create more space-efficient and stress-free parking space.

First stand-alone-type tower parking system has been completed in Singapore.
In January 2016, Singapore government housing corporation of HDB(Housing & Development Board) officiated the commencement of IHI tower parking system at both "Yishun" and "Bangkit" area. These 3 towers are the first stand-alone-type tower parking system in Singapore.

This pilot project is Singapore government vision to promote effective land use.
