Paul Wurth IHI Co., Ltd. (hereinafter, “PWIHI|”) is pleased to announce that it delivered new coal charging car 1N and new coke guide car 6N to JFE Steel Kurashiki Works in November 2017 and January 2018, respectively.

PW acquired the coke oven machinery segment of SCHALKE in 2014 and added the coke oven machine technology to its portfolio. Moreover, PW’s acquisition of KOCH (Germany) specializing in the field of coke oven machines for stamp charged batteries in 2018 helped PW to continue to strengthen coke oven machinery business, enabling the offering of wide-ranging coke-making technologies.
