Customer feedback
First time AGVs were used as a production system
This was the first time that an AGV system was used as a part of production system. Therefore, the first priority of the design was securing AGV benefits like boosting worker-friendliness and ensuring production yield, while maintaining the advantages of previous conveyors.
Realizing flexible production lines
To respond to the expected declining birthrate and aging society Japan, work that is now done manually must be automated or handled by robots. This requires additional line construction and demands the shortest possible construction schedule. Under the previous system, conveyors often required an inflexible production line and longer construction schedule.
Our AGV system achieved greater flexibility and consequently achieved a more flexible production line.
