MWM1070W is desined for wrapping films to the round bale made by medium round baler.
Double stretching
MWM1070W : Double stretch type for more speedy operation.
With power package, needless tractor hydraulic output.
Power package is equipped as standard for most controls. The operation does not need any hydraulic output from the tractor. Oil in the power package can be controlled independently without any contamination.
Automatic operation
All operations can be done from driver’s seat by manipulating a control box.
MWM1070W : The number of wrapping is set and memoried in the control box. “Picking up the bale and wrapping” and “Unloading the bale” procedures are done automatically with pushing each button once.
Stable bale rotation with Steel rollers and belts
The ribbed steel rollers are driven by roller chains mechanically. Connecting the PTO shaft is required for rotation. In addition, 2 wrapping belts assist stable wrapping operation in case of non-good shaped bale.
Easy film installation
Since film stocker can be tilted horizontally, wrapping film is installed at a low position easily.
Spare film station
2 pcs of spare films can be loaded on the spare film station.
Therefore, film can be exchanged during machine operation without loss time.
