We design, fabricate and install space utilization equipment, development and ground running equipment for aircraft engines and special specification research facilities. Some of our best work includes a drop capsule for microgravity experiments in Kamisunagawa, Hokkaido, supersonic engine test facilities for testing high altitude engine performance, microgravity measurement devices, bird strike and ice test facilities, various wind tunnels, electromagnetic levitation furnace test facilities, enhanced gravity generators for material production and vacuum chambers.
An anechoic chamber is a room designed to reduce sound reflections from inner walls and external noises. These chambers are necessary for precision sound measurements. Sound does not resonate within the chamber, making for a quiet space in which only the sound emitted inside can be heard.
Space Testing Facilities
In space development, ground testing is needed before actual space flight.
We both design and manufacture ground testing facilities and assist in testing.
Engine Component Testing Facilities
Within the development process for aircraft engines, various special tests are performed to simulate actual flight conditions. Tests are performed to simulate high altitudes, rain, bird strikes and ice being sucked into the engine. We design and install the facilities needed for these tests and assist in the tests themselves.
Engine Monitoring Systems
These systems download engine operational status data recorded in flight from control devices on the engine to provide servicing information.
