i-muse is located on the first floor of the Toyosu IHI Building.

  • We do not have a parking lot. Please use public transportation when you visit us.
  • The personal information you provide when making a reservation will be strictly managed according to our privacy policy and will only be used for the reservation process. However, we may disclose your personal information in the following cases:
    1. When disclosure is required based on a legal basis
    2. When there is a legitimate request from a public institution (such as a public health center)
  • Due to the situation inside the museum, we kindly ask you to wait before entering.

Request to all visitors

  • Please do not touch the exhibits.
  • Some exhibits are strictly prohibited from being photographed. Please follow the instructions of the staff.
  • Visitors under elementary school age must be accompanied by a guardian.
  • If you cannot comply with the above, we may refuse admission or ask you to leave. Thank you for your understanding.

* There is a paid parking lot for passenger cars but no parking space for buses within the premises of the Toyosu IHI Building.
