Slurry

Water Recovery System for Outer Periphery and Flat-Surface Grinding

It recycles the wastewater generated from the outer periphery and flat-surface grinding processes during the manufacture of solar cells and semiconductors.
This completely airtight and fully automated system can filter wastewater without flocculation and demonstrates a reuse rate of 90%.
It not only reduces the load of the wastewater treatment facilities but also makes it possible to extract silicon powder as a byproduct.

Features

Filter cloths attached to the numerous candles inside the vessel directly filter the slurry. Post-filtration processes can be fully automated, including drying and discharging the cake to cleaning the filter cloths. With excellent corrosion resistance, the system demonstrates outstanding performance even in highly corrosive environments.
The vessel is completely sealed, allowing for safe operation even when handling special liquids.
We will select membranes based on the wastewater treatment conditions and come up with designs from small to large-scale facilities.
We also offer recovery solutions other than for outer periphery and flat-surface grinding processes of solar cell and semiconductor silicon ingots. Please inquire with us on testing the recovery of valuable materials such as rare metals.
