Notice of Non-Current Assets Transfer
IHI today announces that it has agreed to transfer some non-current assets, as follows.
1. Reason for Transfer
IHI will transfer these assets as part of efforts to transform its business under Group Management Policies 2023, which it announced on May 9, 2023. It will fund investments with gains from the transfer.
