IHI Included in Sompo Sustainability Index
IHI Corporation announced today that it has been selected as a constituent of the Sompo Sustainability Index, developed by Sompo Asset Management Co., Ltd.
This index comprises approximately 300 stocks with strong environmental, social, and governance (ESG) ratings. Sompo Asset Management uses the index in its ESG investment product for pension funds and other institutional investors.
The constituent stocks are reviewed annually based on ESG assessments conducted by Sompo Risk Management Inc.
The IHI Group will continue to address various social issues through its business activities, creating social value and thereby enhancing corporate value.
