IHI Group Sites Nationwide Take Part in Blood Donation Drive
The IHI Group sites around Japan have taken part in Japanese Red Cross Society blood drives since 1967. In fiscal 2022, a total of 2,260 employees participated in 49 blood donation drives. Blood donation drives have been continued in fiscal 2023.
At a blood donation drive at the IHI Tsurugashima Works in November this year, around 50 employees gave blood in a Japanese Red Cross bus. About 80 headquarters employees donated blood there in December from six beds set up in a large training room.
The IHI Group will keep contributing to society by supporting the Japanese Red Cross Society.
