Craft Beer Event at Toyosu Center Building Ai Plaza
On October 16 and 17, 2025, IHI held the craft beer event TOYOSU MOMENT ‘25 at Toyosu Center Building Ai Plaza (located in Tokyo’s Koto Ward). Unfortunately, the first day, October 16, was rainy, but the event was blessed with excellent weather on October 17. Over the course of the two-day event, roughly 700 people attended.
At this event, held since 2023, IHI serves original craft beer developed in conjunction with others with ties to Toyosu. The popular event, now in its third year, always attracts numerous visitors. This year, two new craft beers were added, bringing the total up to four.
Today’s Toyosu is a working, residential, educational, and recreational urban space filled with workers, residents, tourists, and students with diverse values and lifestyles, coexisting in harmony. Like in past years, this year’s event was also attended by many people and served as an opportunity to build the Toyosu brand and generate excitement through craft beer.
IHI has been involved in the redevelopment of Toyosu’s former shipbuilding area for over three decades. This redevelopment work has drawn to a close this fiscal year, but IHI will continue to help make Toyosu an even more appealing area.
