Business Scheme Based On The Act on Advancement of Measures to Support Raising Next-Generation Children

We set the following 3 goals to provide the workplace where the employee could perform at their potential and make balance between work and daily life.

  From April 1, 2016 to March 31, 2019

2. Contents

Goal 1: Install the system that employee make balance between work and daily life.

Steps

>> Research the other companies’ system and install the system which comply with the law.
・Relax restrictions for working part-time shift.
・Shorten the working hours of part-time shift.
・Establish the childcare leave system.
・Establish the childcare holiday system.

Goal 2:
Provide the information clearly about the system which support the development of the next generation such as the maternity leave, the childcare leave, and the social insurance fee exemption.

Steps

>> Provide more simple explanations through brochures and intra-net for the employees who take childcare and nursing leave, and part-time employees.

Goal 3: Provide employees with the information about the company through mails so that they could come back to work easily.

Steps

>> Send documents about the company’s recent news for absent employees to help them stay in touch with the company.

>> Improve the publication contents through adopting the absent employees’ opinions.
