Our proprietary screw decanter centrifuge dedicated to synthetic resin dehydration. It features a specifically designed rotating bowl to significantly reduce water content compared to the conventional, general purpose types.
A decanter designed exclusively for synthetic resin dehydration
The HS-RS type was developed exclusively for the separation and dewatering of PVC in the resin manufacturing processes. Compared to the conventional models, it can significantly reduce the water content of the separated solids, which then reduces the burden on the subsequent process.
Uniquely proportioned rotating bowl to improve the dehydration capability compared to the general-purpose models
Our proprietary rotating bowl can reduce the water content of the separated solids by approximately 5 to 10% compared to our conventional general-purpose models. The interior is polished to a mirror finish to minimize the adhesion of separated solids.

Note 1: Installed power may vary depending on the centrifugal efficiency, slurry concentration, and treatment volume.
Note 2: A variable differential gearbox system can be installed to enable differential speed on the screw.
Note 3: Explosion protection and airtight systems are also available to suit different installation environments.
Note 4. The nominal capacity is the approximate treatment volume of general purpose vinyl chloride.
