Three-phase separation of light liquids, heavy liquids, and solids achieved with one device
The TP series is a specially designed screw decanter centrifuge that enables the three-phase separation of light liquids, heavy liquids, and solids. The design is built upon the conventional two-phase separation method, which relies on the difference of specific gravity between solids and liquids. It is widely used in processes for the food and petrochemical industries, as well as in the treatment of wastewater such as waste oil.
Special structure for achieving three-phase separation
The separation of light and heavy liquids was made possible through the uniquely designed discharge dam on the liquid side. Furthermore, we offer various options and have demonstrated a remarkable track record in palm oil manufacturing facilities with our high centrifugal force and wear resistant specifications.
Operating Principle
By employing two types of dams with varying heights at the liquid-end outlet, it has become possible to collect the light and heavy liquids that have been separated through the Centrifugal efficiency. The device is designed to facilitate the discharge of light liquids from the higher dam section and heavy liquids from the lower dam section.
