Features

Powerful treatment of muddy and turbid waters: A wear resistant screw decanter

Treatment of muddy and turbid waters requires considerable wear resistance. The MW series features screws made from wear-resistant materials and ceramic liners for the outer bowl to maximize wear resistance. It is a heavy-duty decanter that can withstand tough operating conditions.

Significantly improved wear resistance
We have achieved significant advancements in wear resistance to address the challenges when treating muddy and turbid waters. We take pride in becoming the first to apply this centrifugal technology in this particular field.
Quickly adapts to changes in treatment materials
Implementing the differential gearbox system as a standard feature allows for speedy responses to the changing properties of the materials to be treated. This not only contributes to stable treatment performance, but also reduces potential issues.
Compact design
Not only has wear resistance improved, but the compact design also ensures that less space is required to operate the machine at construction sites.
Outstanding treatment efficiency
The screw decanter centrifuge is a continuous centrifugal separation device with the capacity to treat a large volume of materials at a continuous and rapid pace.

  • Note 1: Nominal capacity and normal centrifugal efficiency indicate cases when the specific gravity of bentonite sewage is lowered when the continuous underground wall construction method is applied.
For waste sewage, the treatment volume will be approximately half the amount when it is used for specific gravity reduction.
Motor capacity may vary depending treatment conditions.
