Non-contact shaft seal method
The non-contact gas seal ensures that there is no power loss caused by the seal and no contamination will occur. The non-contact system also allows a longer service life. Furthermore, there is no need for flushing liquids or cooling and circulation devices needed for those liquids, which are otherwise required in mechanical seals and other contact seal systems.
Simple and compact design
The horizonal design orientation offers a greater degree of freedom when planning the plant equipment layout. A seal gas operation console is also a standard feature, so it can be operated by simply connecting the gas piping.
A unique seal embedding structure
Thanks to our original seal embedding structure, we have maintained the unit's total length on par with our standard models. With this, it can be operated by utilizing high-speed centrifugal force.
