A thickener that was developed through our extensive research on separation and dehydration technology in addition to our proven track record in centrifuges. Compared to our conventional models, this thickener is significantly more energy-saving in terms of both power consumption and installed power. Manufactured under IHI's quality control system, this product exhibits exceptional reliability and assurance.

Note 1: The standard treatment volume of sewage excess sludge is under the following conditions: Non-flocculation, Slurry SS concentration - 0.6 to 0.8%; Thickened slurry concentration - over 4%; SS recovery rate - over 90%.
Treatment volume will be 1.2 times greater at SS recovery rate of 85%, and 1.3 times greater at SS recovery rate of 80%. -
Note 2: The standard treatment volume of human waste excess sludge is under the conditions that the sludge is treated with high load treatment without flocculation; Slurry SS concentration - 1.5 to 2.0%; Thickened slurry concentration - 4 to 5%; SS recovery rate - over 90%.
Treatment volume will be 1.2 times greater at SS recovery rate of 85%, and 1.3 times greater at SS recovery rate of 80%. - Note 3: The main drive motor and back drive motor indicates cases where the inverter drive is used. The values may vary depending on the drive type or the adopted centrifugal efficiency or treatment volume.
