A lightweight, space-saving, and noise-reducing model developed based on the concept of "Gentle to the Earth." This screw decanter centrifuge is effective for use in wastewater treatment.
An environmentally friendly screw decanter centrifuge
We have combined our rotating machinery technology to develop the optimal design in creating a decanter that is lightweight, space-saving, low-noise, and gentle to the Earth. This model can used for various applications in the field of wastewater treatment.
Lightweight and space-saving
We have pursued the ultimate design for the rotating unit and casing size, and succeeded in achieving a 30% reduction in weight and 40% reduction in installation area compared to our conventional models.
Noise reduction
We modified the structure of the rotation bowl cover, which is the source of the noise, and succeeded in reducing the noise level by 2 to 3 dB (A) compared to our other products.
Optimal operation and energy efficiency
Carrying on the philosophy of our traditional models (DPA and DPB series), the drive motors and differential speed back drive motors are equipped with inverters. Centrifugal efficiency and speed differential can be optimized according to the material to be treated by simply operating the dials to your preference. Moreover, electrical power can be regenerated by connecting the inverters of the drive motor and differential speed back drive motor.
