IHI Engineering Review, a public relations journal focusing on technologies of the IHI Group, will share its technology and business development activities globally. Rapid evolution of digital technology and innovation in energy-related technology play important roles in the realization of a sustainable future society. Against such a background, the IHI Group is working on various technology development activities such as state-of-the-art energy-related technologies to achieve carbon neutrality and a method to improve operational efficiency through the use of plant operational data and AI technology. This issue includes some of IHI’s efforts to introduce its cutting-edge technologies that have been developed based on diverse perspectives and innovative approaches and will become the basis of a sustainable future society.
